Terms and conditions
The conditions that apply to our services.
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements of STUART Experiences.
1. Definitions
‘SE’ means STUART Experiences. ‘Traveller’ means the natural or legal person booking or taking part in a travel experience.
2. Offers and agreement
All offers are without obligation unless expressly stated otherwise. An agreement is formed when the traveller accepts the proposal in writing or by email and SE confirms the booking.
3. Prices and payment
Payment terms, deposit percentage and payment method still to be determined. All prices are in euros. Changes in transport costs, levies or exchange rates may be passed on in accordance with the law.
4. Changes and cancellation
Cancellation conditions and deadlines still to be determined. Cancellation must always be made in writing or by email. SE may cancel a journey if the minimum number of participants is not reached, in which case amounts already paid are refunded.
5. Traveller obligations
The traveller is responsible for valid travel documents, any visas and required vaccinations, and provides in good time all information needed to carry out the journey. The traveller follows the instructions of SE and the local host.
6. Insurance
Travel and cancellation insurance is the traveller’s own responsibility and is strongly recommended.
7. Liability
SE performs the agreement to the best of its knowledge and ability. SE is not liable for damage resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including acts of third parties, force majeure and the traveller’s own conduct.
8. Complaints
Complaints should be raised with the host on location as soon as possible so that a solution can be found. If a complaint is not resolved that way, it may be submitted to SE in writing within one month of returning home.
9. Governing law
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
