STUART Experiences values your privacy. This statement explains which data we collect, why we collect it and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

STUART Experiences, address details and Chamber of Commerce number still to be supplied, is responsible for processing personal data as described in this statement. For questions, email info@stuartexperiences.com.

What data we process

When you complete the enquiry form on this website, we process your name, email address and optionally your phone number, preferred type of journey, number of people, preferred period and the content of your message. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the data you share in that message.

Why we process it

We use your data solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and organise and carry out the travel experience. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or, prior to that, your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for a maximum of two years. Data relating to a booked journey is kept for as long as necessary to carry it out and for seven years thereafter, in line with statutory tax retention requirements.

Sharing with others

In order to deliver a journey we share data, only where necessary, with local travel providers, tour operators, accommodation providers and hosts. We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising purposes.

Cookies and statistics

This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising or analytics services that follow you across websites. Fonts are loaded via Google Fonts, in the course of which your IP address is processed by Google.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data and to object to its processing. Write to info@stuartexperiences.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

This website is served over a secure connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate measures against misuse, loss and unauthorised access to your data.
